Making gifts!

I've been busy making Christmas gifts and haven't gotten any stamping done lately. I have several scarves made and now I am working on these CD, hinged tins. I have more to make, but, I'm making progress on my list! The top pic is the front of the tin, and the bottom pic is what's inside! (got the idea from my friend Liz........Thanks Liz!)

BBTB bag challenge.

Here is this weeks challenge. We used the inchbag on the Tags Bags and Boxes cartridge. I used stamps from Cornish Heritage Farms, and filled it with pumpkin seeds.

BBTB box challenge.

This weeks challenge was to make a box out of the Tags Bags and Boxes cartridge. We used the bottom part of the matchbox, but cut the lid 1/4 inch larger instead of using the regular shaped matchbox lid. So, now I have a Christmas box ready. All I need to do is buy a gift to put inside!

CRISS CROSS CARD

This is the other card I taught at the card class at church. It is my first Criss Cross card. Three things I learned while cutting out ALL those kits.....

1. You need to pay attention when cutting these out of Bazzill cardstock because the textured side needs to be cut according to the textured vs. the smooth side.

2. Buying paper that has words on it and can only but cut ONE direction means you have to pay attention when cutting.

3. Buying striped paper, and wanting the striped to go horizontally and NOT vertically, means that you have to pay attention when cutting!

It would have been really nice if I could have found double sided paper that I liked! Would have made the cutting much easier!

THANKSGIVING LEAVES

This is one of the Thanksgiving cards that I taught at the card class at church. It was fun to use colored embossing powder again. I haven't use any for quite awhile and these colors work great for fall leaves.
